- FRP walls were added to classrooms to allow for better cleaning
- Vinyl plank flooring improved both cleanliness and appearance
- The outdoor playground was upgraded with new climbing structures and turf so children can play even after the rain

Every early learning center faces challenges, and the past decade has included some of the hardest. When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, we decided Falcon Ridge had to stay open. Children needed consistent care then more than ever. At the same time, we worked hard to keep our staff safe and employed, increasing our sanitizing efforts and doing our best to boost morale. This period tested our systems, our patience, and our hearts. It also showed the strength of our community and reaffirmed our commitment to families.

At Falcon Ridge, we responded by offering strong benefits, a supportive work environment, and hands-on training.
